Tmobile roaming in Japan with unlocked Verizon Storm?

Does Tmobile have roaming agreement in Japan? Will my unlocked Verizon Storm work there? Voice and BB BIS?

Yes, everything will work just fine: voice, text, and data. Obviously, you'll need to have the international plans active. I usually roam on SoftBank or DoCoMo when I'm in Japan.

I always keep my T-Mobile USA SIM card in my phone wherever I go. Those are the two networks I tend to roam on when I'm there. Two years ago, I would get on Vodafone, but they've been rebranded as SoftBank. I haven't had any problems with PINs, BBM, browsing, voice or texts.
