Default TMOBILE multi fru quistion

so I hope I can get some clarification from somebody. I have tmobile, I am out of contract. My 8220 has been replaced 2 times within the last few weeks. I know verizon where i work will replace the device if its been replace 3 times within 90 days, i also know that if the person is within 90 days of upgrade they have to upgrade, and verizon will not replace with a new device, "multi fru". If i am forced to replace this device again will tmobile replace it with equivalent handset ie 8900>?? or something, even though i am out of contract?? i purchased my current device out rite. if someone knows or can clarify it would be greatly apperciated.

There is no clause in the policy that says the Multiple Exchange does not apply within a certain amount of time from the end of contract.

IMO, that's a garbage policy. Copping out on your own policy in order to force a new contract? That's just wrong

Both the 8520 and 3G Dash are downgrades from the 8900.

8520, yes. Dash, depends on the person. The only quantifiable downgrade is from 3.2 to 2.0 on the camera.

I've handheld tested both devices, other than the 3G capability of the Dash, the phone itself is just useless. It's so a BB wannabe. Just my opinion though.

WinMo is definitely different, but I think it's just as powerful as BB OS, plus gains a few features. Personal preference I suppose

Completely agree with you on that. WinMo could be a great, but it's no Android phone, let alone Blackberry.
