TMobile in FLA, 3g problems

So, me and the wife both have the Bold 9700.
For over a week now, 3g doesn't seem to work. We'll pull batteries, and whats happening is the web doesn't work. Any apps requiring network use don't seem to work.
Texts/phone work.
Picture messages/Email don't work.

I've called many times, they've thrown out many ideas (all my problem of course nothing from their side )
Still nothing. I can go and switch it to 2gonly and web and apps work, a little sluggishly. Picture messages hardly ever work though.

Anyone having similar problems?

3G network upgrades cause network downtime/call failures/dead 3G, etc.. disable 3G for a week and try it again.
