Default tmobile backup free or not?

While setting up my berry I've been asked several times if I wish to use this service ,but I always decline as I'm afraid it might cost something. Is this service free of charge?

I use the back-up program with my 9700. It backs up your contacts and you can set it up to sync automatically to back up when you have made changes to your phonebook.

That being said, I have never heard of it costing anything and I have used it for months with my BB and I have not seen any charges. I think if it cost something it would be under "downloads/premium content", which is always $0 for me because I never download anything.

I think you're free to use it.

If you are talking about Mobile Backup it's free. However, I can only get it to work one time (when I do an OS upgrade).
