Default Tmobile advertising mishap

Click on their site and found a bit of a misleading advertisement . I thought WOW and maybe it was a special of some sort so IMMEDIATELY called in to get my freebie. Spent 2 hours arguing with CS because they all thought I was nuts and making it up but I kept insisting I was looking right on THEIR official page. Finally one CS admitted she saw it(after an hour of back and forth) but then said i was reading it wrong because no way anything could be free(DUH that's what i thought when I read it). i finally asked to be transferred to a supervisor. he was very nice and said he had to reread the ad 3 times because he was seeing what i was seeing.... but he knew it was "worded" wrong in the advert so he was sorry but he in no way could ad it for me because it was physically impossible to do on the computers. He kept appologizing and told me he had already shot a note off to advertising department to correct the wording and offered me a small credit. i told him fine but the important thing was they admitted i saw what I saw instead of the ones before him acting like I was making it all up

I would have taken the credit for payment of an hour or so of your time.

Curious to know what the advert was for?

The story would be much more interesting if you mentioned what was misleading about the ad.
