TMo or RIM outages?

I was hoping someone might be having similar issues or know something about an outage. Since Sunday my BBM has been working very intermittently and I continually go from (lower case) edge to gsm and rarely to EDGE. I had my SIM swapped out being told on occasion that can fix the issue. Battery pull has no effect. What is even weirder is that I can recieve messages on BBM but cannot get them to send other than completely random times.

Anyone have any info on similar situations or outages........

I had the same problem yesterday, cant say now cause I'm on wifi....I even went and payed my bill yesterday lol

Living in Boston suburb and was told we had a signal problem in our area.
