Default tmo plans $24.99 vs $39.99

i have a blackberry bold and as you can see, i'm confused as to the difference between the two plans.

$39.99 is listed as BIS:
BlackBerry Internet Service
Choose a data-only plan with unlimited e-mail and Web browsing, or choose one of our bundled Minutes & Mail plans to add tons of Whenever MinutesŪ. to these great data features.

$24.99 is listed as:
BlackBerry Unlimited Web + 400 Messages $24.99/month*
Get unlimited Web access, bundled with any 400 domestic messages.

Includes:

* Unlimited Web access
* 400 domestic text, picture, or instant messages

what is the difference?
and i rarely use text at all, is there any deals if i don't want the text included in the $24.99

i heard that someone got the $24.99 for $19.99 but you have to go the store and talk to the rep, is that still available?

A rep won't get you a 19.99 plan, you would have to probably sucker a Customer Care rep to do it. Walking in the store, the cheapest plan is 24.99 with 400 messages.

Yeah the 19.99 plan isn't available anymore.

the 24.99 one is basically the 19.99 plan with 4.99 for the 400 SMS.

Same with the 34.99 one (unlimited text)

Does the $24.99 one also include tethering?

I heard T-Mo gives unlimited tethering with the blackberry data plans but does it matter which plan your on?

Yup.

I have the 19.99 plan, but I just added the 4.99 text plan because people keep texting me when I tell them not to. But, I didn't change to the 24.99 plan, I made sure to keep the 19.99 plan just in case I decide to drop texting again.

CS cannot add it, and not everyone will qualify for that free offer and feature. It's best for users with family messaging, wants 1k msgs, or someone that doesn't want messaging. Otherwise it's the same cost for 400 or unlimited.

ALL of the T-Mo data plans allow free tethering. Unlike Sprint or Verizon.

34.99 plan allows unlimited data and text because the bb data plan for 19.99 is added with the 14.99 unlimited individual text.

I heard the $24.99 service plan doesn't include e-mail. Is that accurate?
