Unless people find a cheap/free way to send packages via the internet through your home, the USPS is going to stay.

Plus, tons of legal documents and letters are always in paper and never electronic.

I have had paperless billing for almost 2 years. No problems for me... but I can see other people who are not used to making online payments/ no computer access having lots of problems, and they will leave Tmo eventually.

The people with no Internet access will more than likely just come into the store to pay their bill and most likely call to find out that amount if they opt not to go "paperless".

The folks with no internet will probably not pay their accts for a couple of paperless months before TMo sends them a late notice and charges them extra for billing them with paper. (I find it amazing how some people don't pay their bills even when they are getting a paper bill, then yes, of course, they will run into the store and pay when their service is cut off.)

I get my email to pay TMo every month, so I am never late at paying.

USPS is awfully slow and unreliable in my area...best way to get your bill FAST is paperless. I like how they are able to send you a text message too when it's ready.
