This was recently addressed in a slew of threads here. Hard to believe they could be missed.
My observations were that since T-Mobile is a company that seeks to provide the best pricing possible to customers, it's not unreasonable to expect them to try and control costs.
Where you and I might agree eye to eye is that IF T-Mobile is going to do this and cut out postage costs for bills, then they should make the option of full detailed bills in email as a replacement option. Certainly they can't say that emailed bills are going to cost them anything.
