Angry TMO Billing

For the ones that don't pay online.. snail mail folks, such as myself.

When reading your bill, has anyone noticed that, they're saying "if you want us to mail you your bill, you have to PAY for THEM to mail it to you." ?

I'm just curious if I was the only one that got this. :/

EVERYONE got the notice in their bill and they have it plastered on the website.

This paperless billing is pretty much common practice now among many companies.

Be glad T-Mobile is the type of company that tells you ahead of time, unlike some other places.

Also, the forum search feature is your friend, this has already been discussed and dropped for the most part.

Wow, your last sentence wasn't necessary.
I'm gonna need you to simmer down with the aggression of your font.
A link without your response would have suffice.
Why are some of you regular posters so tight in the bunghole?

I'm sure it wasn't personal. And if Brian's response was in any way offensive to you, you aren't gaining points by grouping everyone in a bunch and offering comments about their ... "bungholes."

This was recently addressed in a slew of threads here. Hard to believe they could be missed.

My observations were that since T-Mobile is a company that seeks to provide the best pricing possible to customers, it's not unreasonable to expect them to try and control costs.

Where you and I might agree eye to eye is that IF T-Mobile is going to do this and cut out postage costs for bills, then they should make the option of full detailed bills in email as a replacement option. Certainly they can't say that emailed bills are going to cost them anything.

Were tight in the bungholes because some people are rude and come to CB with attitudes and not looking for help but only looking to complain and bash...

You'll be getting an email to tell you to go to your mytmobile site to view your bill. Here you can see a full detailed description of every bill for the last 12 months. And you can see full detail of current usage as well. Keeps costs down and rate plans affordable for all of us...
