Default tmo bill help!!!!!!!

Ok.....so this post is something that I feel is necessary because I'm struggling through financial difficulties and tmo is being very easy about it. But its sort of not enough. My contract doesn't end until October of 2010 so I have a ways to go and I'm struggling to keep my blackberry because of job related reasons and many many other factors. Anyway, I'm rambling lol. How can I make it easier on my bill so I can have my internet and my my favs family plan and have a discount on my bill? Cause anything right now would be a help. Right now I'm going crazy on doing work for others to barely make enough for my bill!

are you a student? also, i think tmobile has a payment plan for your monthly bills

You say you want the Internet, but can you do that through Wifi... if you can you should turn off your data plan... but your not really give us much details.

Call the customer loyalty department and they might be able to offer you some remedies.. If they dont, threaten to cancel and they should definitely help out

are you on a family plan? if you are, then try calling the loyalty department to see if they can add on the promo of 9.99 for unlimited family texting... i was recently able to get that and see if they can add on the free myfaves promo. i remember them having that deal also...
