TMO 3G in Hong Kong 3?

I'm looking to get the 9780 once it's released.

My question is: Will I be able to get 3G connection on the Hong Kong 3 network?

Yes. 3 in HK uses the 2100 band, which is supported by the 9700/9780. Btw, if you want to have good calling rates for a Hong Kong SIM (not BB though) visit cellomobile.com .

I was in Hong Kong and Macau in February and both countries had 3G service. Did not use it much as I was afraid of the roaming data charges.
