Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com | I've been a TMO customer for almost four years and I've always been happy with them. Everywhere I travel to I have service. Their customer service was always top notch until recently so I find it hard to believe your claims. Many can say they're happy with their service. If you were unhappy with them from the first week, you had plenty of time to cancel the service ETF free. As far as the coverage goes, did you even checked if your area was covered? Most people do research. My coverage is excellent with minor areas where I don't get service and that's in the woods. None of the big three can match TMO in pricing. If you're very unhappy with their service, pay the ETF fees because I am sure AT&T (expensive), Sprint (decent plans, unlimited data), and Verizon (expensive) are waiting to rape you with their expensive plans.
