The last answer in this thread has a good suggestion. Just remember to keep the signature short, because text messages have a character limit of 160.

the only way to set up a signature is to on your lock screen information is to in a message type "sig" enter and that will add ur signature but you will have to do that with every message

Use - Berry Add On it will add it on 4.6 devices

As our wise friend TequilaAddict points out, with 160 characters as your limit in txt messages, sig attachments to txt messages are a luxury most of us can't afford.

Pauly1272 I'm confused are you talking about Auto Text. I know that method it's basic..... Options>AutoText>BlackBerryMenu>New or Edit>Then choose the combo of letters to type like (xoxoxo)>Then you type what will replace (xoxoxo) so for example. (xoxoxo) is typed in message and once typed and enter is hit it's replaced with "Hugs & Kisses"

I use the berry add on (it's called something else now, it's under apps) and it has an option for text message signature.
