They [AT&T] will say anything but once the deal goes through I'd give it six months to a year before they screw us. I'm already looking at other carriers like Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and Virgin Mobile which run on the Sprint network. What's stopping me is their lack of higher end BBs and Android devices. The LG Optimus C on Cricket is not cutting it for me or the LG Optimus V on Virgin Mobile won't do it either. I'm hoping this deal gets blocked because I am happy with my T-Mobile service.

Sucks but that is business.
Don't understand the sour grapes
I'm pretty sure everyone will get their contract fulfilled and when contract is over you have an option to take what is offered or leave.
Did I miss somemthing here?????? No one is being held hostage!
i'm just going to go about business as usual and what happens , happens. When it does I will decide. Definately not happy ,but it is what it is . - 03-29-2011, 07:49 PM #28
Just sucks as it is basically a monopoly and sucks *** for us consumers...don't see how you couldn't be a little bothered by that.
Prices may go up everywhere...maybe not right away, but eventually and a lot will have to do with this situation...
Not to mention, I was completely satisfied with my plan...service and what not. I guess we just need to suck it up!
