Default t-moile reception & at&t
ok plain and simple. im on the fence about moving to verizon because the reception i get with t-mobile in my city. will there be a dramatic change in reception if the deal goes through with at&t? i love t-mobile and want to stay with them.... but i just get envious when i see all my co-workers watching videos and stuff on their phones and i'm stuck on edge and buffering all the time.

It's likely but you probably wont' see these changes for another 12+ months. That's how long it will take for the merger to go through and be "official".

The question is: are you willing to wait that long?

i have 3g in tucson but its not like verizon 3g. but i work in marana which is right outside of tucson and they are stuck in edge. so for the 10 hours im at work i only get edge

Also what do you mean Tmobile 3g isnt like verizon 3g?
In my experience tmo 3g at its worst kicks the **** out of EVDO. A good EDGE connection is often near the speed of the bogged down EVDO that is common where i live.
