| | T-Mobiles next BB??
I strayed away from the BB and went to an unlocked iPhone and then grabbed a new HTC HD2. Im really missing the BB and would like to know if anyone might know what the next big BB for TMo might be?
Hopefully its a touchscreen.

No big BlackBerrys on the horizon for T-Mobile USA. The next release looks to be the 9300 Curve, which is the replacement for the 8520.

Yeah the year's "roadmap" for T-Mobile was released. We're seeing a ton of Android devices but only 1 BB, which is probably the new Curve.

9800 slider after ATT's 6 month exclusivity is done, and there is the still rumored dakota/Magnum out there..... quietly.

^^^ The curve is NOT worth getting at any model when there are so many better BB options out there. Don't listen to the newbie up there. LOL. Xoxo babe.
TMO will be getting the BB slider, from what I hear. Tmo is seriously slacking on bringing any new decent phones out, esp ones that are BB. This is why i'm jumping ship and going android with the samsung galaxy/instinct.

Rose,
Just played with the Samsung Vibrant. It's nice. Very iPhone-ish but the browser is damn fast even on EDGE. I think you'll be happy as long as you don't need UMA.
Anyway, yeah if I remember correctly, none of the Curves have 3G. Sort of a step backwards if you ask me. I wouldn't go for them.

9300 and Pearl 3G are possible future BBs. No sign of the 9800 in the near future but we can still hope! Meanwhile I am having tons of fun with my Nexus One lol.

Thanks for all of the replies. I agree that TMO is slacking when it comes to BB's. I wish I could put an Android OS on my HD2. That would rock.

That would rock. | You should definitely try that. There is a way to put froyo on HD2s but you'll have to google that. Even though my N1 is awesome, i still use my 9700 as a work phone since BBs are incomparable when it comes to messaging and emails. good luck.

The 9100 is the next blackberry for TMobile. I just spoke with a rep and he confirmed that it was the 9100 and I asked him about the 9800 and mentioned exclusitivy to Rogers and some other stuff.

Reps don't know anything until right before the device releases. We'd see a leaked advertisement as well, & we have not. Oh, & btw, the Death Star has the exclusivity in the US for 6 months.
