Default T-Mobile Visual Voicemail WORKING OS 5.0.0.314

Only CSR's can activate it for you. Call them up and say you would like the Blackberry VVM enabled for when its released. The CSR adviced me that he enabled it on my account and it will only work when the update is released for the BBs. After I got off the 2 min phone call with them, I resent the service books and voila! Its active. I now have an option under my services saying Visual Voicemail and I have it listed under my services. Screenshots for everyone to enjoy:

I can now happily confirm that VVM is active on my phone. It took a few CSR's to do it, and i actually had to do mine on the online chat because im at work. They will tell you that its not availiable over and over and over. Finally got one who was into being creative and trying things. Turned out they activated it by adding the VVM for the G1 and MyTouch 3G to my account. Had me do a battery pull and that was it. Rebooted, clicked on VVM and my saved messages got pushed to my phone. Good luck everyone, keep trying IT IS POSSIBLE!!!!!

Honestly not sure. Just call or do the online chat and see if you can get them to throw the VVM on your account. Always worth a shot.

Im using 5.0.0.190 on mines, and have not had any problems. Not sure if you have to have 5.0 to get the VVM though. I would think so though, since if you upgrade your OS to 5.0, you will see the option for it. When downgrading to 4.6 or lower, you dont see the option

I called and added VVM to my account and had absolutely no problems! It took only 5 minutes for the rep to figure it out. No battery pull necessary at all.

I'm using 5.0.0.314, it runs pretty well for me. Do a search and you shall find links for it. Glad to hear you got VVM!

I've had no luck so far getting this turned on. All the reps tell me that I need a third party application or that it only works G1 and Mytouch.
