Angry T-mobile slow net and data service outages again
t-mobile is having outage's again with there data service because of the snow down in texas and storm's in fl. the reps. i have been talking to say t-mobile know's about it and they are working on it... there data service is in and out so let your readers knows about it.. and t-mobile reps. i talked to today say there is a knowed problem with the blackberry's with trackball's like the 8820 and some sidekick's.... and the blackberry web signal is out for now it's not working also.... thank you and keep up the great work and merry christmas and happy new year... And also t-mobile is having problem's with some flex pay people with the wrong config on there phone's the rep from t-mobile told me today just to let ever one know... i will keep you all up todate when i find out more and when i can get my data service from t-mobile to work...thank you all at crackberry you all are doing a great job so keep it up..... MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO 1 AND ALL the net is slow on the blackberry really slow when it does connect's and the EDGE is going from upper case to lower case off and on.....i'm in arkansas and it's bad so if you are having problem's that's why... but t-mobile knows and they are working on it so i will keep you up todate when i get more....

I thought it was just me but my internet has been slow also. I'm in North Carolina right now. I was about to call TMO to order the 9700 because I thought my phone was the problem but then I realized I would have to pay about $115 more on top of my bill for the next four months. I'm happy with my TMO service but WTF is going on.

My girl has been having problems her phone is stuck on edge isntead of EDGE.

I have EDGE ok but the net is slow. I'm not too sure why. We've had very little snow here in PA so I can't blame it on that! LOL.

I find that if I'm on gsm or edge and do a reboot, I almost always get EDGE back after the boot.
