T-Mobile Service Book issue?
so i like tmo but they have been fcuking up ROYALLY as of late! i currently have their BB Unlimited Data Package...my internet and services were working fine. All of a sudden, none of my email was getting pushed, and none of the other data services were working. I re-registered the HRT, that was a success. I tried to resend service books and got a message that my account wasn't configured for the email service. Upon calling tmobile they identified that it was some kind of error on their behalf and they will investigate the problem. Having spent 10+ hrs trying to fix it through the wonderful threads of CB...i'm wondering has anyone else ever had an issue similar to this and if so how was it rectified?
