Talking T-Mobile Reps are #1

I just want to say that the T-Mobile customer service reps are the best! I was having issues with rebates with my BB Curve. And I called cust. service and they put the money on my account instead of messing with the rebate center again (I called them 4 times and not helpful!) They are the BEST!!!

It was great I checked my balance and low and behold he took care of it as promised. Keep up the GREAT work. I have been a T-Mobile cutomer since 2003.

hey there... i dont know if is me or what... but every time i call 611 for something that in here look easy, they tell me NO!! once was the deal we the min left, i was just two days away for my next cycle of min but i only have 3 min left.. i called 611 ask the lady for a break and she spent 20 min trying to sell something to me.. after that she give me away 50 bonus min, was a lot for me and i realy thanks t mobile for that.. but on the other hand dont say they are harry potter and the magic cell company, they are fine but the spanish rep push hard

and when last week i try to get a deal with the new 8900.. oh my good, i feel like i was insulting a mother of someone there... they act like what?? what 8900 are ya talking about?? oh yes the one that come out feb11.. and what do you want?? oh no no discount even if you sing for a 10 year contract.. and you know what.. go to a store.. i cant even take the order by phone at this time.. you have to call us 7 days prior to the 11, thanks..! and that was last friday.. 5 days before 11 counting sat and sun!!

so.. maybe in english they are number 1 - 2 and 3 on the business, but the spanish rep are like number 34 betwin the 4 mayor companies.

and im sorry to write this in here, but its the truth.

OH HERE .. ANOTHER GUY LIKE ME.. BUT I STILL LOVING TMO.

Red face Yes the T-Mobile reps are good but coverage sucks

I have been a T-mobile user from the last 4 years and in fact my whole family is. Last year my wife purchased a brand new blackberry curve as a gift for me. It always has one single bar most of the time. In my office I get a SOS message and is practically dead most of the time. It is the same in the malls or any stores.

I have called many times to tmobile, upgraded software, got a new SIM card etc. It is the same thing. My wife spent not only $150 on this but also extended her contact for 2 years.

I purchased the same blackberry curve thru my office with ATT and I get 4 bars in my home and the same in malls and even the toilets in the mall. No dropped calls or anything plus I get a 7% discount on my bill from ATT. So far I have called ATT only once and the rep was awesome.

My tmobile contract is up this month and then I am cancelling it. TMobile may have the best C service and cheap plans but when it comes to coverage it is really bad.

I've been frustrated at times with the product service at TMO but never with the customer service, it's always outstanding. I finally got an 8900 today, I've been pestering this poor woman at the TMO office each day since the 11th and she was polite and cheerful each time. When she was expecting to receive a new shipment she told me she couldn't hold them, but... she would call me when they came in. She did and even tho it took me all of 5 mins to get there, I was able to get the last one.

I wish more companies had reps like this. I'd like her manager to know what a valuable employee he/she has. If there are any TMO reps out there, what's the best way to see she gets some recognition?
