I've been frustrated at times with the product service at TMO but never with the customer service, it's always outstanding. I finally got an 8900 today, I've been pestering this poor woman at the TMO office each day since the 11th and she was polite and cheerful each time. When she was expecting to receive a new shipment she told me she couldn't hold them, but... she would call me when they came in. She did and even tho it took me all of 5 mins to get there, I was able to get the last one.
I wish more companies had reps like this. I'd like her manager to know what a valuable employee he/she has. If there are any TMO reps out there, what's the best way to see she gets some recognition?
