Default T-Mobile offering UNLIMITED voice at 49.99!

I just had to come here and post this because I was so excited! The other day I got a "popup" when I logged into my account on T-Mobile's website to check something. It was an offer to get UNLIMITED voice calls (in & out) for 49.99 a month because I've been such a loayal customer to them! I almost fell off of my bed when I was reading it.

My plan is now upgraded by 10 bucks, from the 1000 anytime for 39.99 (I was grandfatherd in for that one) to now the 49.99 plan for unlimited voice. This is like unheard of in the mobile phone industry! I was actually thinking about switching because of their poor customer service and their horrible phone systems (they made really bad changed earlier this year) and it's been a total nightmare trying to contact them directly. But once i saw this I was like hey it's worth it now, I'm staying!

Yeah, we've been offering it for a while now. It's a great deal for those that have been with us for two or more years.

Yeah I logged in and got mine today...I'm sure my girlfriend and I will be switching over to this once I upgrade my phone.

Wish they had an unlimited data plan for a Family Plan...maybe they do, I'm not seeing it though lol.

Yep, I have the 49.99 plan too. I got it through Retentions, even though I've only been with T-Mobile for a year.

It's the best unlimited min deal that I've seen in the major carriers (I say "major" because I know CricKet has unlim min for 40 bucks but their coverage SUCKS and their data is worse!) so this just has great value. Before I was paying 39.99 for 300 min myfaves, but I would run over...not anymore!! hehe

They don't unfortunately. They have an unlimited messaging family plan, but that's it. This would be your ideal set-up for unlimited loyalty, unlimited messaging, and unlimited data on two lines:

Unlimited Family Loyalty Plan - 89.99
Family Time Unlimited Messaging - 19.99
Unlimited BB Web with 400 Messages - 24.99 per line

That's what your plan and features will look like for two people. If you have more people, the FT utl message with stay the same, for a third line with utl fam loyalty, it'll be 39.99 for the extra line. If you want that person to have unlimited data too, they have to have the 24.99 feature on their individual line too.

So the unlimited BB data plan you have with the 400 messages actually applies to two lines?

Why do you say they have poor customer service? But that's awesome that you were able to take advantage of that plan.. It amazes me how many people turn it down
When you say poor customer service.. Why?

If you have a family unlimited messaging bundle on your account, you just have to add the 24.99 bundle on each line rather than the 34.99 bundle since you already have unlimited messaging for the entire family for 19.99.

Lol sorry, bb goin nuts. Its 89.98 for two lines and 39.99 I believe for each additional line (up to 3). 49.99 for individuall. Msg bundles and data rates remain the same. When you look at sprint unl everything w them is a little over 100 I believe. Can be had for 85-90 at tmo

Both the 24.99 and 34.99 bundles are unlimited data. As long as both lines have either of the bundles, they will have unlimited data.
