Question T-Mobile National Roaming Within USA?

i've searched the forums trying to find out if anyone has had any roaming issues with t-mobile here in the USA.

i am doing a road trip and want to make sure what i can expect for roaming charges, if any.

also, i'm on an 8900, my sister is on a regular cellphone and we will be visiting Canada as well.

so data & voice are a concern for us.
i plan on tethering my berry to my mac while we are on the road.

i'm not sure how it works and before i call customer service and find out what they have to say, i'm wondering what i should be prepared to know.

thanks in advance

No roaming charges in the USA...you're fine for data, voice, sms and everything while you're in the US.

Canada, you will get some roaming charges....you can use UMA and wifi while there to avoid that.

Well, you can use wifi/UMA onlt while there (like in the hotel) or get a cheap prepaid SIM for your BB...then voice and data will be cheaper.

prepaid sim will do my berry emails and stuff?

i will be on the road also using the GPS so just using it in wifi spots, while an option, is not enough since we will be out and about and researching the web as we go

at the price of a cradlepoint router, i might as well just roam the voice and data.

seriously? no one cares to actually chime in on something useful?

damn, i guess i'll be that guy answering the next dodo's question of the same as my initial question for concern...
