T-Mobile Double Talk..
I was recently charged $100 on a phone, I sent back..it has never been dropped--really! Also, it wasn't cracked or physically damaged..anyway, they said it had internal damage, so i was charged. Well, needless to say, I was given a added 2 year contract on the one line for this phone and charged $9.99 to have it shipped to me, when I orginally purchased it online, brand-new out of the box and when I sent it back because it all of the suddened wound'nt work. Well, of course I refuted this and was told that it was deemed on the expense to me as if I built the phone to be non-working less than six months later. I even asked if they could send me the paper-work on what the problem was, they told me they could not do that and excuses of 3 reps, believe me I thought three came in charms??
..WHY? I'm being charged for this phone and was given an added 2 year contract. I have been with T-mobile for 5 years and I have never had a rebate on any of my phones either, they should take that intp consideration. I feel they should of cut me a break, because they sent me a refurnished phone of the same kind, whose to say, this type of phone won't act up again? The phone is called rizor (motorolla) by the way..not a blackberry.
Oh, and by the way, I asked to write the folks who decided to say, my phone wasn't deem appropriate under the warranty,..ha-ha-ha..I got two different places to write, meanwhile this charge is currently on my bill...*sigh*..I just want to know who else has had this problem with T-mobile, on this same issue? By the way, my son is getting my blkberry after I decide to upgrade on another blkberry...once you go blkberry you don't go back..lol!!
