t-mobile discount

hey guys .. tmobile informed me that since i was on my unlimited loyalty plan i could not recieve my 15 % corporate discount they had promise me . they said it was an error! im furious! so now my bill is like 300 with the 15 % it would have been liek 250! ... BTW i have 3 bb's n 1 regular phone we use an average 5000-8000 minutes a month ... Business calls

In the end i was just wondering if any 1 out there has beaten this system or has received another type of discount ive like 12% out there i think.. ive been with tmo since 03-04

T-Mobile has removed all discounts from the Loyalty plans.
Doesn't matter if you have 5, 10, or 15%..all were removed. Mine was too.

No way to get around it.

If a customer is not on the Loyalty plan, do they get a monthly discount (if they qualify for one?)
