Default T-Mobile to charge $1.50 per bill to receive by mail.

T-Mobile: T-Mobile To Charge $1.50 For Paper Phone Bills

I would think that this would be an ETF waiving fee. I disagree with consumerist. They should only institute this new fee on NEW contracts. They should give you a chance to keep your free paper bill.

$42 a year more to receive a detailed bill?

What a joke! Call me old fashioned but I like getting my bills in the mail. Granted I pay them online or over the phone.

And to make matters worse, if you don't go on line and sign up for paperless billing by the end of this month, you're gonna get charged whether you like it or not. I too like having the paper bills, especially since they still have not gotten all the kinks out of their "updated and expanded" *cough* website. I still can't even access half my info on there, yet, if I want the paper version, I'd have to pay?? BOO!!

If you want a printed bill, go online to the website and hit "print". Poof, bill on paper.

I'd bet if you called and spoke with the retention department,They would probably waive the fee.

This really sucks, I understand that some people are really concerned with helping the environment but TMO has to remember that not all of their customers are technologically savvy. I know that my parents are TMO customers and they can barely access their email without help let alone get to this bill. I understand charging for the paper bill but not $1.50. I think $0.25 is a fair price for this.

1.50 Is pretty high especially per month. I know other carriers offer the option for paperless but its not extra... thats rough.

This is my opinion and in no way reflects the opinion of Verizon Wireless or its affiliates. Do not consider talking to me a substitute to actually talking to a Verizon representitive, because I often lie. I find it very sad and pathetic that anyone would actually read this far... And to anyone who reads this and thinks its dumb a big middle finger to you.

Guess Tmo found the best//worst way to get ppl to sign up for paperless billing. Hit 'em where it hurts. (I don't really like this, But I see the reasons why they did, But it sucks for ppl that don't have a computer)

well, I hope they use it to build more towers and get coverage in my area that approaches the mainplayer here. I'm DYOING to go to Tmo or ATT, and can't cuz the coverage just isnt there in Cleveland.

I really wanna port out, and am stuck with the evil empire. For now.

more towers and more coverage? HAHA I wish but does the name catherine zeta jones sounds familiar to any of you? Tmobile needs to pay her a lot of money for her tv commercials. I'm going to have to switch to paperless billing but just until november or december. I'm going back to Verizon because as much as I like tmobile, their just being too cheap and now they want to charge people for everything. I know verizon is more expensive but they have a much better coverage and also a stronger 3G network.
