Default T-Mobile BIS Service Login

Does anyone know where to go into BIS on TMobiles website anymore. It has been revamped, and I cant see where to go into BIS login screen. If you go and type /bis, it just goes to the account management. The configure email at top is for something else. Am I missing something?

Thanks.

For me, the "configure email" option at the top IS the place to go for BIS set up.

manage account
go to the bottom of the page
>connect and share
(small typeface)
>configure email
you should be sent to the Blackberry page

or
>login
at the top of the page
>connect and share
halfway down the page there is an icon
>configure email (an envelope)
you should be sent to the Blackberry page

good luck

I was having the same problem. To fix it, all you have to do is re-select your phone so that it is displayed on the main page. (do this even if it is already shown)

Once selected, click on Connect and Share>Configure e-mail.

Wow I was going to post a similar question! I know you've decided to go with Android, but come on TMO, at least support your current/legacy users...

Edit: the link is http://t-mobile.com/bis . But every time I go to the site, it asks me to log in to my.t-mobile, even if I'm logged in. And then, not only does it NOT take me to the BIS page, the redirection logs me out

The (mostly useless) "technical specialist" rep on chat said that the website is accessible from MobileLife. But here's what I've been seeing under MobileLife for the past three months:

MobileLife.jpg

She said she'll create an engineering ticket...which shall have no ticket# and no timeline as to when the issue will be addressed

My understanding is that the BIS web interface has been disabled as everything is now handled from the device. Be cautious logging on - it may mess up your configuration as it did mine last time I tried.

That latest link doesn't seem to work anymore for me either. (It was still about a month ago)
