Default T-Mobile 8900 OS Upgrade

Is T-Mobile 8900 going to get 5.0 anytime soon? I would love VVM. This question is for a T-Mobile employee with the inside scoop or anyone that has been provided this information.

You'll love Visual Voicemail. It is a terrific feature and works very well.

i'm beyond p*ssed off with t-mobile and their neglect of the 8900 device. the LEAST they could do is release a statement or potential release date. these other versions like .411 just dont cut it, in my book. I'm sick of being kept in the dark.

VVM is quite a nice feature. I can just bypass any messages that I don't want to listen to or just delete them without listening to them at all.

I am hoping T-Mobile will get the official OS 5 out soon for the 8900. Something tells me it may not be long. You may have seen recently on the blogs that other carriers, like Vodafone and such, released the official OS 5 for their Curves. That's what I am using on mine right now.

If the other carriers are releasing it, it shouldn't be too long for us. *cross fingers*

Tmobile is the worst at os releases. I might just upgrade to a 9700 by that time.

Visual Voicemail is way over rated.

Go to Ribbit Mobile and sign up for an account, and get your emails, sent to you in a transcribed form so you can read it. and a MP3 form so you can listen to it.
