Switch devices online...

For some reason my Bold can't get any more than 1 bar of EDGE when I'm in this one part of town, where I work one day a week. A co worker who has an Android phone always has 3-4 bars of 3G. So last week I brought my old Nexus S with me and what do you know, 3 bars of 3G all day long.

Now the problem that I have is that I can't use data on it unless I call cutomer service to tell them to change my plan from BlackBerry to Android and vice versa.

Is there any way I can do this online instead of calling every time, because we all know what a pain it is to get to a person when aclling Tmo?

The only other way is to use the online chat with T-Mobile. You can't switch between data plans any other way, you have to talk to someone at T-Mobile every time you want to change it.
