Storm Cant use email on Tmobile?

Well this is my first time posting here and I need a bit of help. I recently got myself a Blackberry storm and unlocked it. Since then I have tossed on a Tmobile data plan. Thing is when I try and set up my email it says error and wont let me. I then went to tmobiles BIS site and it said error there as well. I at one time had registered a Blackberry Flip (or curve, cant remember which). I tried changing the phone to the Curve and Flip but it still wont let me access the BIS site. I went though all the steps of changing the servce book to work properly to no avail. I plan to try and format the phone again since I still have done much in the past few days with it. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. I dont want to switch phones since the Storm is my ideal phone.
