| | Still Luvin TMO
One again TMO shows me love for being a loyal good paying customer.
Gave me full upgrading on a line that wasn't eligle yet and was sweet as pie about it. All i did was ask was it possible and they said sure no problem.
Pretty darn nice of them considering they don't make squat off my account with 6 lines and all grandfathered services

The power is in your court when you have that many lines. The more lineage they have the better their stock is.

T-Mobile bends over backwards for me with my existing five lines. As of 09/06/2010, I qualify for a full upgrade and I have a sixth line available. So yeah, T-Mobile will do their best to keep you happy. I love T-Mobile. They have been good to me. |

TMO's CS are the best in the business. UMA, good CS and grandfathered price keeps me with them.

How are you guys getting 6 lines? Been with them forever? I have been with them for 5 years now and when I ask about a 6th line, they say I need to open another account...
Rather keep them all on one and they refuse to do it...am I missing something, or not getting the right rep, lol!
Besides that have had nothing but good service from them and I suppose this isn't bad service about the 6th line....till I came in here and see a couple of ya have 6 lines...kinda wondering now...

Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com | its baised on some crazy math formula like when you apply for life insurance...they take in your credit score...your tenure with tmobile...and your billing history then they can aprove or deny you another line

Two different things are being discussed here, I think. Armando doesn't have 6 lines on one family plan. Any lines above 5 must be separate. So you can have more than five lines, but not on one family plan

I love T-Mobile.
I'm on a single line, so it's just me, but they have helped me get great discounts in the past regardless. Can't complain.

TMO told me that I can have up to 14 lines. Yes, 14. Each line after the 6th would require a $250. Imagine 14 lines. |

I actually have 7 but quite frankly forgot about the 7th because it sits there unused.
YES there are technically 5 but the other lines are factored at prices that make it like one bill even though it is actually 3 accounts and 3 seperate bills. Price wise though it works out so everything is priced correctly like one big happy bill!
I keep number 7 because i know if i let it go I will never get THAT deal again in a million years, so it's worth just a couple bucks a month to hang onto the spare line and use it a few times a year for family visiting or if anyone misplaces their phone.

I'll have to agree. I have had nothing but great experiences with their CS. If there has ever been a service issue, they have been more than understanding and have given me credits after the service came back up.
I have 4 lines with several Retention items ($19.99 BIS, $10 Family messaging, etc.) and will be upgrading at least 2 of the lines and potentially adding a 5th in the near future.
