Default SIM card rejected 8320 TMO

Out of the blue my 8320 Curve is rejecting the SIM card today. Can't call TMO because it's my only phone. Have done battery pull 3X. Nothing else has changed, no new downloads or anything. Did a backup last week. It does connect to my wifi and send/receive emails. No calls or sms.
Any help appreciated.

Have you took your sim card out and looked at it for damage and cleaned it? The sim card may have went bad on you.

That happened to me a long time ago, they should just give you a new one for free if not i think it might be less then 20$. But when that happened to me mine was all black and it looked like it had been burned. But as they said above you have to go into t-mo to get a new one. I hope that helps you out. sorry to hear that thought =(
