Default Signal Boost????

I have a curve 8900 and without the UMA feature, i would have had to drop T mobile long ago.
I live in a ground floor apartment, but for some reason, get no service with T Mobile: Verizion and AT&T get a signal in my place, just not Tmo. It works outside and all around, just not in my place.
I am looking to get an additional phone, maybe HD2....but this has no UMA....so am i screwed? Is there any effective signal booster that is like under $1million????? I really like tmo, but i might have to drop it.

From what I've seen, T-Mobile does not have any femtocells (signal boosters) available to customers...although there may be some in testing.

The only thing you can use is UMA. There are rumors that there is an Android device coming out for T-Mobile with UMA towards the end of this year, but they may not be true. So for you, to stay with T-Mo, you have to stay with UMA devices.

You can get a PCS (T-Mobile's network runs on PCS/1900MHz) and boost the signal from outside of your apartment to inside. You wouldn't be boosting 3G but you will have 2G.

There are multiple UMA devices coming in the near future as well as some services that people will be surprised that are coming back. I don't have a time frame and I can't be too specific, but you'll be surprised at what is coming.
