Default Service in MN

Does anyone know if there is an outage problem in MN. I have been experiencing XSOS for signal strength whenever my phone tries to switch to ATT's network. I contacted T-Mobile and they said it could be that the roaming agreement might not be active anymore. Anyone know anything about this?

I'm located in the middle of MN by Mille Lacs Lake. Still having problems and found other co-workers that are having the same problems as me. T-Mobile says it could take a couple of days to get it fixed or figured out. This really sucks.

I have never had a signal when my phone can only connect to AT&T's network, never thought much of it, being it was another carriers network
