| |  Rumor on the street is.....
Last night i went to my local T-Mobile store here in Cincinnati to look @ new phones, for the wife and myself. Well the guy who works there said " You may or may not want to come back on Black Friday because we may or may not be doing a BOGO on smart phones."
I was Told to call the local store Monday or Tuesday to ask what if/what phones were included on the sale....
just thought i'd throw that out there for those of you looking to upgrade soon.

Being Black Friday is only a week away I don't think it's smart to buy anything from anywhere until then. Every single place will be having deals of some kind. Isn't that the definition of the day? I bet you'll even be able to get that pack of gum you've been wanting to try for half off next Friday...

I agree completely, but like i said i was just going in to look at the phones. we are both upgrading and she doesn't know what she wants.

Oh I know, I just found it funny that the rep actually gave you that line, and didn't want to sell you phones right then and there. It's not like everybody and their mom didn't already know that. That's good customer service though, the rep was actually looking out for you...

he did try to push the Samsung GTab on me though.

And usually its on new contracts, or contract extensions. Those of us in the EM+ camp get passed over every time.

You are required to pay for data on the BOGO phones so it's not that good of a deal if you don't need two phones. People get tricked into buying another phone because it's "free" but the data they have to pay over two years cost more than the phones.
If you need only one phone, buy it now and get a price match next week if there is a better deal for one phone. This way, you don't even have to stand in a long line on Black Friday or worry about the phone you want is sold out.
