I erased this whole rant because Tmobile got my phone message and fixed my billing account.

Thumbs up for me because now I don't have to go to court and Thumbs up to tmobile for deciding I WAS an honest person....which i am.

i work for at&t warranty department and im a supervisor. I deal with these situations all the time. we say the same thing as far as when are certified techs. inspected it and was phy. dam. and the charges are valid i do believe that the certified techs are pulling stuff like that and you would think if something happened during the shipping and if the box was torn up its common sense to think that the cust. didn't do it especially if terms and conditions were read stating what would happen if they get charged and why.. But what we have to say that the certified techs can only inspect the device in the condition that they do receive it even if something happened in shipping basically the cust. is still going to have to pay. not sure if corporate will do anything about it. i would call back in and speak with a supervisor and if your a valued enough cust.they will offer a half credit or down to your ins. claim deny any offers and if you have to escalate above them. do it and you should get the full credit back!!

lol @ this. It would've been fun to at least read what the original problem was before it was solved!
