I figured out what the problem was... It seems that when I did the switch device wizard using desktop manager, it set me up with a enterprise server account which I don't need or use, it was a blackberry rep that caught the problem for me and walked me through fixing it while on the phone... It wasn't a T-mobile system problem at all and the blackberry rep has no idea why the t-mobile rep even told me that, but all's well that ends well, thanks blackberry rep, good catch on the problem!!!
