Reception issues

So I have a Tour w/ Sprint through work, and a 9700 w/ T-Mobile as my personal phone. I cannot get reception in my office (not the building, just my office) with my bold. When I physically walk into my office I drop from 4-5 bars to SOS. My Tour drops bars as well, but stays around 2-3 bars (albiet it switches to Verizon roaming). Every so often, I pick up some bars--1-3 of 3G, emails will come through, but if I go to make a call or send an e-mail it drops to "searching for network" then back to SOS. Is there anyway to boost my reception? Unfortunately UMA isn't an option.

I lose 3g reception when I get into my work building but nothing like what your experiencing.

You should try a 2G lock or a different T-Mobile 3G smartphone

My 9700 drops from 3g to EDGE every now and then but Ive never seen it below 2 bars ever. Crazy enough it only happens in my office too....
