rate hikes?????

i was on the phone adding features this weekend and a rp kept telling me do it before the 3rd. I kept asking why and she kept saying just do it before the 3rd and nothing else. the next day I was calling back to actually go ahead and add the feature and ask THAT rep why the other rep kept telling me that .... and she said data was going up ....AGAIN.

I ordered the the unlimited data and text for $34.99 for one of my lines.... which she said would be $44.99 starting June 3rd

I have the 34.99 plan too. I used to gripe about having to pay that much for text and data but now I guess I won't. :/

There are some good changes coming June 3rd....the Blackberry data-only plan is going to be 39.99 (like it is now) but will include unlimited texts as well as data.

Sheesh! All these darn rate hikes and Tmob STILL won't be getting anything like the Odin (Storm 2) from everything that I have read.

I've been with Tmob for a very long time but this is getting dumb.

Really..... Its still the cheapest AT&T $30 for UNL data & $20 for UNL sms, so its still $5 cheaper, i love my rate plan:
$49.99 unl atm
$19.99 unl data
$14.99 unl sms
comes in with tax right under a hundred bucks :-)
but i keep thinking about AT&T just because t-mobile doesn’t get any good phones, not even 3g yet, i know there first 3g BB is coming but DAMN, people have been waiting for T-Mob to get 3g forever!!!!

All these rate hikes are ridiculous. I spoke to customer service to see if I they had any promotions that would benefit me and they told me "you already have one of the lowest plans and services". They also told me that TMO was going to be making some changes in the coming months. I guess the rate hike is one of them. Oh by the way, they also said that when customers get the unlimited data plus messaging that you have to keep it for a certain amount of time, kind of like a contract. What kind of BS is that? Makes me wonder if I'm going to be sticking with TMO after all my contracts are up.

People were not kidding when they were talking about TMO raising the prices. I took sometime to check out the website a this morning and I was surprised to see how much the Sidekick Unlimited costs.

Just check out the Blackberry Unlimited pricing, now look at the Sidekick Unlimited Web + Unlimited Messaging. Yikes! $54.99??? That's obsurd. I have a Sidekick for my niece and I got the "grandfathered" plan for $19.99. That's $35.00 more. This is disgusting. The Sidekick plan is more than my Blackberry plan. Why, is it better? I also noticed they have two Family Allowances plan for $2.00 and now $4.99. WTF! I don't even see the $19.99 for the Sidekick in my plan details. What's going on here? Are they going to make me change my Sidekick plan? I'm starting to think that I might not be renewing my contract with TMO when they're up. This sucks!
