RadioShack will be carrying T mobile in the middle of the month.
Anyone got any thoughts.

It depends upon the service you get and if they have a good promotional price.
In the end you will deal with TM for phone service and may never see RS again.
BestBuy, Walmart, Amazon, buy.com are good for comparison

I'm quite excited.

There is no local T-Mobile store in my area (despite having pretty good reception) and the Wal-Mart here recently dropped T-Mobile to carry Sprint instead (yuck).

I probably won't be going to RS for T-Mobile problems/questions, but it'll be nice to go over there to check out new phones and get a feel for them.

Just like Artemis, we don't have a local T-Mobile store in my town. Walmart has T-Mobile but they don't have carry all the cool phones. If RadioShack carries the sames phones as Walmart, then it wouldn't matter to me since I would have to travel like 30 mins to the nearest TMO store.

I'm hoping RS carries good T-Mobile phones. I don't know about your RS but here, they carry almost all of the AT&T phones...all the Berries, music phones, iPhone, etc. Wal-Mart only carries a BB Pearl and the others are really cheap (at least here is does). maybe it'll be the same with T-Mobile?

Same here. The good thing for me though is that I work in the town that is 30 minutes away from home. So, on work days, I can go by there.
