Default Question for the CSR's with T-Mo

For those that work in a T-Mo call center, how many calls per day to you guys usually take, as a ballpark estimate?

UMA calls are pooled from your bucket unless you have a unlimited plan. And call can be made to anyone outside of us as long as you have international calling. If you travel outside the us, you can use uma to call back to the states and you will not insure and extra charges. Just make sure you only have the wifi active so you don't get hit with international roaming(especially data charges)

with regards to calling international, is it cheaper using the wifi/uma? i understand minutes being pooled and i would have unlimited minutes so that isnt an issue. thanks for the help.

You completely hijacking this thread. Please start a new one or send me an email.

To the op, the CSRs I've asked have said they handle an average of about 20 calls an hour.

The CSRs I've talked to throughout the day have also told me that they average about 20-30 calls an hour.

Given the "pampered" status most Americans believe they deserve and totally demand today as part of their "birth rite," this is probably a pretty darn hard job.

A better thread might be ... how many cases of Chap Stick does the average rep need to use every day to keep up with the required kissing of all those sainted American behinds. LOL.

God bless you T-Mo reps. You've got your jobs cut out for you.

Trust me I agree, I'm a RSR for T-Mobile, and some of the questions I get throughout the day baffle me.

I think you need to frame the OP's question a little more. All of the call centers see different call volumes. It varies even more when you breakdown the different levels of the centers. Whether it's Customer Care, Retentions, Tech Care and it's various levels (handset, UMA/@Home, PDA, etc.), and so on.
