Default Question about Loyalty

I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 3 years and have kept the account in excellent standing. I am currently on the 1500 Even More plan which is 1500 talk, unlimited texting, and unlimited web. I also have insurance on my line. This is a single line. My bill is $79.99 for the plan + $5.99 for the insurance + tax equaling about $95/mo. Would it be possible to have the loyalty department knock some off my bill each month? I just signed a new contract Dec. 22, 2010 so I couldn't threaten to leave. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Matt

Well 3 years isn't really that long, but the only way to find out is by calling them and asking nicely. They will most likely suggest you drop down to a lower priced plan though.

Anything we tell you here isn't going to do you much good because we're not Tmobile...

I know I just thought I'd ask and see if T-Mobile loyalty actually did make changes such as this.

I didn't get any kind of offer on loyalty until 10 years passed by and I called Customer Care and it played a message saying they had a special offer for me before I even got the annoying automated system. I never even asked for any kinds of deals though on my bill so its hard to say if they will help you or not.

But the calling and asking nicely can and usually gets you a long way but you'll never know unless you try.

Well if you have a contract and threaten to leave , it wont really do much because youd be paying them anyway for the fee. Its worth a shot though cuz tmobile is still the best for customer service imo.

I currently have a no contract plan , pay 79.99 a month and get unlimited everything. With taxes and insurance it comes out to 98 a month. Maybe next time check out the no contract plans instead. There not listed at the website. Have to go in or call them.

I'm so happy!!!! I called T-Mobile loyalty and they said they can give me the old loyalty plan. So basically I got unlimited calling for the same price. They also took $10 off my bill for 3G issues. I said, I didn't think the loyalty plans were still available, she said, they are not. However they are still in the system, so if you've been with T-Mobile for longer than 2 yrs give it a try. Had to renew my contract but this didn't matter since I signed it 2 months ago.

T-Mobile usually takes care of people, which is nice to be able to say...

I'm not sure I can do much better than my $59.99 plan.... Comes to about $70 even after taxes/fees.

Yeah the Unlimited Loyalty plan is great. I've had that for about 3 years now.

Combined with my $20 data and $9.99 unlim msg and I pay the same as the unlimited EM+ people, but I'm on contract (phone discounts).

How do u get the $60 plan for unlimited texts and data? All I see on the site is the Even More Plan which is barely cheaper than Verizon's individual plans.
