Problem changing email server name

Changed domain hosting with it email servers. Now BlackBerry & T-Mobile don't realize they need to have way of updating email server name which they don't. They say it self propagates, I don't. Ideas?

If the server name changed, you may have to delete and re-add the account. If it's a custom domain though, there is an option to change settings in the BIS section of your MyT-Mobile account online
