Default Price cut after upgrade

Two weeks ago I upgraded both lines. Come to find out last night the phone I paid 199 for is now being sold for 99. Will CS adjust the price for me? Is it even worth the call, or am I screwed.

It's always worth a call. But if you bought it online you will need to return it online, and if from a storm, back to the store. And the longer you wait, the less chance it's going to be returnable. Meaning, if you are even a day past the return period, and exchange is about the best you can hope for.

If your past your 14 days your sol. If not you'll probably have to return it and order it again. But try cs. You might get lucky.

I was able to get $25.00 credit to my bill for my 9700. I paid $199.99 at a retail store. I called CS after the price dropped to $149.99 and they helped me out. I could have got 50 if I really pushed it but I was happy.

I bought 2 9700's and 11 days later they were 149.99. All I did was go back to the store, and I got $50 adjustments on each.......
