Default Premium Handset Insurance Question?

Hey guys I just got my Bold 9700 and with it I got the premium handset insurance. Now i know that it covers my phone in the events that it gets damaged, stolen or lost but I was wondering if I decided to void my warranty by changing the keyboard would it void my insurance as well?

From what I've been told by a fellow T-Mobile employee is that it won't void your insurance but your warranty from the manufacturer yes. I've opened my 9700 a few times just for the heck of it. Now, I don't know how AT&T does things so you might want to check on that.
