Default Possible to remove web2go?

I have a Curve 8520. I only have BB email on my plan (no data). I occasionally will access the internet with my phone using wifi. This works for me. I use the address book, scheduler, keep up on email, and check the web only occasionally.

Problem: No matter how many times I change my browser settings to Hotspot Browser, every 3 webpages or so the settings change back to Web2go and I get directed to an upsell page. Then I change it back to Hotspot browser... 2-3 pages later, Upsell; I check the settings, sure enough, it flipped back to Web2go. Is there any way to make the change to Hotspot browser permanent? Or remove web2go altogether? My 8320 never had this problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

I think you're clicking the web2go icon. Hide it.

the icon you're clicking is just a link to the web2go site. Hide it. No way to get rid of it because when you restart or resent your SB, the icon will come right back.
