I customize my BlackBerry with ten zillion personal customizations. When I traded in my 83xx series for my new 8900, it was literally 2 months before my new 8900 was completely updated with all the 3rd party apps and everything else I prefer to have on my BB.

I can't imagine maintaining more than one device. Nothing wrong with that if it works for you. But one is more than enough for me.

I have an older device (8700g) that I can't seem to get rid of, so I use it every other week or so.

There are so many great devices out there it can certainly be tempting to jump around.

I think the Android is a cool concept but I wasn't that hot on the form factor of it. The 8900 is just such a perfect feel in your hand.

I've had blackberries since the 7105t (remember back that far?) was the cutting edge device. I always give my old devices to my good friends and get them started out discovering the blackberry way of life, but I don't use more than one device at a time, but I can see why anyone would, they are fun to use after all!!!

Not following what you mean about trolls here but with the Mods slicing and dicing threads right and left these days I'm not sure if something wasn't cut out of this thread and I maybe missed it.

You're a good guy larrygump and your posts are always logical and sensible which can't always be said for others.

I was in the T-Mobile store in Santa Monica yesterday. Took a quick look at the new "My Touch." Not a huge fan of full screen form factors but this looked kinda cool. Since you jump around with a lot of different devices, do you have any thoughts on this new model?

Every so often I get nostalgic about my old 7290. That was the best phone ive ever had IMO, but ive never been ballsy enough to fire it up with my sim.
