Default pandora question

Ok i uess I could read the information somewhere on pandors site.... but wh reads instructions

I installed pandora the other day. So fooling with my phone last night I found out if i don't actually close down Pandora very specifically from the app.... My speaker button clicks pandora on. After looking around my phone I figured out I have to completely close out from the pandora app to disable this feature. my question is.... Does that mean it is always running but I just don't hear it??? Now if someone calls THAT takes preferance and the speaker phone bumps it off while I'm on the call... but once the call hangs up .. pandora is on again if the speaker is on.

Sorry to sound stupid if everyone knows this.. But I'm tech challanged.

Also... is there anyway to change volume if I am using it through the speaker phone button. It seems like i'm locked into a volume this way which prey much corrosponds to whatever volume i have for my ringtone.

For me if I hit the end call key or back it still plays music in the background. If I get a call it pauses then restarts. To see if its still running in the background hold the alt key and hit the back key. If it shows in that list then it is running.
To change the volume use the standard volume keys on the right side of the device.

I can change the volume if I'm listening through regular means. I can not change volume listening through the speakerphone button.

as anyone elseclicked away from the music app or media app... and then turned it on and off using the speakerphone button (I have the 8900)?
