Outcall notification to BB

Our office voicemail system doesn't have the ability to send SMTP email, but it does have the ability to outcall when a voice mail is received. Does TMo offer any way to call a number, enter a TMo phone number, and a number to call?

For example, Verizon offers a service that you call an 800 number and you ge a prompt to enter your message. You enter the 10 digit mobile number followed by a 10 digital callback number, sort of like a pager. The callback number is delivered as a text message to the mobile.

Also, if anyone knows of a third party that offers this service, that would be appreciated too.
