I don't think I will be upgrading. If my battery life will decrease even a bit, pictures will look pixelated as in the previous leaks, no change in the media player, and lose the ability to choose how many thumbnails I want to display in media then I'll pass. I can live without Mobile Backup and the few changes this new OS will address. Unless my fellow Crackberry heads confirm that it is indeed a great OS then I might just jump on it.
