Not getting emails

Still fairly new, don't do anything w/the device except send/receive emails and texts (and talk). I have the BB software loaded on my computer but have never used it. Any information is appreciated, and sorry if it's been posted a million times. I didn't see another post on the 1st page and don't have time to wade through all the info.

What is your question? Your title says "Not getting emails," but your post says you send and receive emails and texts. If you once got emails, but now don't, what did you change? Are you getting an error message? If so, what is it?

you need to create a BIS account by going here...

then you can add up to 10 of your other email accounts like yahoo, gmail etc.

Oh, I get it.

You installed the BB DM on your PC, that is fine.
You get calls, that is fine
You get email, that is fine
You get texts, that is fine

Perhaps your question is, 'what else can I do' with the phone without having to read a lot of stuff cause it is too much trouble.

As far as your heading, "not getting emails" maybe nobody sent you any emails.
If you think there is something wrong with your email setting then "send service books" will reset the email (the 'how-to' is on the link above). It could also be the phone needs to be re-set: take out the battery for a few seconds then re-install it (this is called a 'battery pull').
